Surge in Wind Energy Production Expected in 2005

Bloomberg.com reports this morning on the expected surge in wind energy production following congressional reenactment of the renewable energy production tax credit. According to the article, commercial wind power producers expect the world-wide wind industry to double in 2005.

The American Wind Energy Association also issued a press release late last week with more details on the expected impact of the Production Tax Credit extension.
