Presentations on the Wildlife Impacts of Wind Turbines from the National Wind Coordinating Committee Research Conference are Available On-line
The National Wind Coordinating Committee has made available on-line the presentations from its recent conference - "Onshore Wildlife Interactions with Wind Developments: Research Meeting V." The presentations (in PDF) provide up-to-date information on a wide range of potential impacts including bat and avian impacts. The conference also included general sessions on risk assessment methods and new tools for analyzing impacts. The website provides a wealth of information. Check it out.
